A Heart that Wants YOU First

Being Valentine's Day, one sees the run on roses, chocolates and special cards at the store and in viewing those many commercials on television. Chocolates are awesome, not sure they were a god-idea but it is something that moves you for another taste, right?

Had prepared a teaching that I will give shortly and was worshiping the Lord for His faithfulness to us. While worshiping I continued to move toward the "words"....to sing in the valley ...to look toward Your goodness, My heart set on who You are....YOU 'RE the Light that consumes the dark......

Entering into His presence is the most wonderful experience I enjoy each and every day of my life since I have been saved. In that walk, I want Him for His goodness. I want Him first and to bring Him praise all for His glory and not mine!

Valleys appear at times, that trouble that comes when one might not be expecting it, but we enter into His presence, speaking of His goodness and bringing His light into that darkness. A heart that WANTS HIM first is the one saturated with His word of truth.
Every word we speak should be the same words Jesus spoke as he walked this earth.

Of the greatest love stories ever written about, the Bible holds the key to the everlasting life that is filled with His life for us. It is filled with WHO He is and how to abide in Him. Entering in, is that seeking to know Him even more. He died for me even before I was born. But He planned for me. He planned for YOU, too!

Let us not forget the greatest love of our life is Jesus. Let us not forget His faithfulness to the Cross. Let us not forget that He gave His all for you and for me. Let us set to magnify Him with more than words, may we magnify Him with our lives.

Roses are beautiful and oh so fragrant, but Jesus is the fragrance of aloes, myrrh and cassia to me. He is my healer, provider, my Prince of Peace. Jesus is worth more to me than anything. I enter into this writing with words of praise for His holy name. I write this with a heart that wants Him first and all for His glory.

Yes, I will give that teaching in a few hours and then will refresh with a meal with my husband. But first I give this to HIM all for His glory ....for He, Jesus rescued me, He saved me from myself!
May your heart beat with the sound for Him. May you know as I, that our weapon is the sound that we make for HIM. With our feet on the battleground, we will not be silent but speak and praise and dance in worship toward Him Who is oh so worthy to be given praise!

Sing this day, allow your soul to make an altar ....that place of worship....all for Him.................and then sing.............all for His glory indeed!

The dark shadows will fade away, and the birds will sing in your place of worship. You will see those open doors to new opportunities and will remember HIM Who is faithful.
Lord, today we lift our hands and sing....we enter into Your presence with thankful hearts and give voice to YOUR majesty. No one is like You.........who has brought life to us. While we live, we will praise the LORD; We will sing praises to our God while we have life in our being. Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help. Whose hope is in the LORD his God, who made heaven and earth. The sea, and all that is in them; who keeps truth forever. Who executes justice for the oppressed, Who gives food to the hungry . The LORD gives freedom to the prisoners. The LORD opens the eyes of the blind; the LORD raises those who are bowed down; the LORD loves the righteous. The LORD watches over the strangers; He relieves the fatherless and widow; but the way of the wicked He turns upside down. (Psalm 146)

Father thank You for that mercy and love to us. We praise Your holy name. We rejoice in our Maker. We have high praises in our mouths, and a two-edged sword in our hand,.......for we put the enemy on the run. We have put our feet on the battleground and we will not be silent! We come with that reckless praise all for YOUR glory and majesty. In this song we sing, we state our triumph.....all for Your glory!
All for Your glory.....Amen!
