God's Love Ruling

Love should be ruling in our hearts. That love is to be the God-kind of love: agape'.....

You cannot tell others of Jesus if you have no love for that neighbor! Now could be the opportune time to tell them Jesus is returning to earth! Will you do that? Could you do that today?

Luke 6:37 Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven. 38 Give, and it will be given to you good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.

This passage is of giving and receiving! By fleshly means you cannot judge another. That is why we have lawyers and judges today. Although, many corrupt, we are to ask the Lord for His way through the chaos of hate and move us toward the paths that are righteous. We are not to condemn. We are to Forgive and you will be forgiven. And then GIVE is to be in good measure. It is all of the heart of man or woman.

Chaos hits your house, will you glory in the Lord? Destruction of a storm runs through the country, will you be safe in Jesus? Water is not good for drinking in your neighborhood, will you run scared, or run with Jesus, speaking He is with you to bring fresh water to your neighborhood and your kitchen? Someone in your family has been closed up for months due to an illness, will you choose to see them and encourage them to live for Jesus or stay away from them? In Jesus and His sacrifice ,salvation brought the package of wisdom from God! Life is in Him and it is a heart that is filled with this substance of Him that is truth and the real deal in this moment of time.  It is entering His kingdom, to use His weapons He left for us to use in His name and to His glory.

We are moved from condemnation to live righteously, sanctified where pollution of the world is washed away by regarding Jesus’ words. Redemption is that we are no longer  slaves to the world but a slave to Jesus where life is abundant in His peace, His love and safety. It is a peace armed and dangerous. It is a peace not soft but firm against the enmity of the devil. We have the Holy Spirit power to reveal this daily to us! And will we use if to enter the kingdom of God? Will we use God’s words as Jesus did in the wilderness.

We must have HEART to pull it forward through our mouths to speak it in chaos, in a bad report, when your body is failing, when death is seen or even spoken, may look like a mountain falling on you, but hold onto Jesus that is before you and speak as He spoke to reveal that your heart is set on Him!

God's Love should be ruling over our hearts! God’s Justice is to Owe No Man Anything but Love : 1 Corinthians 13:4-8……NIV …4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. …No faultfinding.. Christian Network carries news about Paris France. And the neighborhoods taken over by radical Islam.

God’s integrity will protect us! Psalm 37:3-6     NKJV   3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness, 4 delight yourself in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.  (desires of the heart when all the rocky stones are removed: like you will not amount to anything, you are stupid, you will never graduate H.S., you will never hold a job,….etc. We must allow the Holy Spirit to show us what must be removed…….

5  Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him and He shall bring it to pass, ……………Being intent to put all into His hands. That commit has the meaning of “to roll the stone away”…to open up the well of water that is life in Jesus. Thinking of Jesus commanding them to remove the stone that covered Lazarus’ tomb….He told them to remove the coverings of grave clothes from him……

6 He shall bring forth your righteousness as light and your justice as the noonday.   Dwelling in the land of truth…..Removing insecurities ….Removing strongholds’

And when He brings His Word to pass……our righteousness as that light, is seen and our justice or our vindication is that God has done a specific thing for us.

Godly Training In Justice

1.   The supreme task of Justice is seen by the forgiveness of sins that God established. So justice comes by receiving His Son,

2.   Redemption has come to our heart. And it is with that right standing with God, we are the just. In training we gain understanding and knowledge in our communion with Him.

In that justice: within that Godly training…..We have concern for the widow, orphan, the foreigner, the poor , the needy!  Godly training is seen as honorable:  In doing the honorable thing, we know it starts within the heart of each man and woman. IS the man or woman’s heart committed to God or committed to something else?   Again what comes out of our mouths, is it life or is it sewer city…stuff…??

1 John 4:7-11   NKJV 7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God & everyone who loves is born of God & knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loves us & sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

In Jesus we have Redemptive Grace. God is faithful and He will hear when we ask for help in any situation.

1.   May we not be ignorant of God’s Word.

2.   God is not mocked, for what a man sows he will reap. If we sow to violence we will get more violence… Leaders are those who become a good leader without insecurities.   They will honor another and point out their good, but also correct what must be corrected.

This is Love: Open up the gates of Heaven for anyone that would believe in Him John 3:16: For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Jesus did not come to condemn but convict by Holy Spirit. There is now no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus. ( Romans 8:1) They walk by power of Holy Spirit! They do not cheat their families nor their government. They render to Caesar that which is Caesar's. They render to God that which is of God's. It is always pressed down to run over. It is receiving the things of God and heaven. It is not clutching things of this world. Christian love is only found in its motivation in God's love for us. His merciful heart helps us extend mercy toward others. Unless in Christ, anything done to get your way is sin. It is found as sin. That is a curse and the devil loves you have that problem.

Call me any name but I will still pray for you and pray that you would come up out of that curse of being limited: as in finances, groceries and food to eat, in taking what you should actually be working for this day. Refrain from judging others. Be diligent to ask the Lord to examine your own heart and be faithful to respond to His conviction.

Whatever our focus at this moment whether to what may occur in the year ahead, the loss of a loved one, or what health crisis that might appear, but directly our focus is to be on Jesus our Lord and Savior and remember He sent the Holy Spirit to us: not for a dress code, not for arranging big hair or flat hair, not for the weight or a specific height of a person, not about that certain leader of a business or ministry, but about Jesus. And Jesus said he was sending us His Holy Spirit for purpose. The Holy Spirit for power in our lives!

You could speak to any number of people in any nation right now and find them grieving over the loss of a leader of their country, a loved one passed on, they lost their job over a virus or they feel like the world has gone off its course! But these all have the Holy Spirit available if they are the saved ones who called on Jesus with a repentant heart.

Let’s choose the present and forget the past! That is a hard one but we can do it! That listening to the lies of the enemy instead of resisting them by the Holy Spirit will only bring us into more grief and worry from what occurred in 2020. We push back by inviting the power of the Holy Spirit to cleanse our mind with Christ’s thoughts. We have been given authority: we command in Jesus’ name that all lying spirits have to leave our minds. We will not adulterate our souls to live in confusion…we will live in clarity…We will not be tormented with impure, evil, negative or sinful thoughts but transformed by the renewing of our minds. We prove what is that good, acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)    WE are Enabled “be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.” (Ephesians 6:10) ….

WE are not to be anxious for nothing;  but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, we let our requests be made known to God, and His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guards our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7) and finally, whatever things are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, of a good report, having virtue or anything praise worthy, we think on these things. (Philippians 4:8)

So should you live in a country or region where the culture throws an agenda of discord, or there is one who initiates an attack with fear mongering concerning the welfare of your body, your family or community, or when someone throws you under a bus to save their own flesh, what will come out of your mouth we will remember that our heart should be filled with God’s word. Life & death are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Proverbs 18:21

Scandal at the Pool

John 5:1-15 NKJV After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 2 Now there was a pool, which is called in Hebrews, Bethesda, having porches. 3 In these lay a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame, paralyzed, waiting for the moving of the water. 4 For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had. 5 Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. 6 When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?”

7 The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” 8 Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” 9 And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. And that day was the Sabbath. 10 The Jews therefore said to him who was cured. “It is the Sabbath; it is not lawful for you to carry your bed.” 11 He answered them, “He who made me well said to me, ‘Take up your bed and walk.’

12 Then they asked him, “Who is the Man who said to you, ‘Take up your bed and walk?” 13 But the one who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdraw, a multitude being in that place. 14 Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.” 15 The man departed and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well.

Where is our heart and our eyes focused on? Do we think along the lines of opening a bottle? According to some pastors, some say it takes awhile for many to get their healing, yet I have never found that when looking over the pages of healing. Faith was there each time to receive from the Lord. He did not lay hands o the man but Jesus saw the helpless man. Jesus did not extend a hand but only spoke: "Get up! Pick up your bed and walk!"

Change your position from where you stand, lay or even reside. Sometimes one has to change the position. As changing from the belief of a parent to Jesus. Changing a habit that is of heaven and not of an unbeliever: Take these pills and see a therapist and you will be fine. Hopefully a Christian is not doing this thing: taking prescribed pills, seeing a therapist because they are “mental” and be happy!

This man lived a life of pain and injury. Every time he tried to reach the active pool, many more filed in before him. Each time he experienced defeat. Yet Jesus came for us each individually. Each has to make conversation with him and certainly one called the “blame game”. If we fail are we blaming someone else about it.

Except for the duration of this man’s illness: the emphasis is on the supernatural cure, of its consequences and its testimony of Christ’s life giving  power to each of us. Jesus withdrew from the crowd not to draw attention to Himself. Those in charge of the spiritual welfare of the nation were more interested only in what they considered as a “breach in the law” and were not moved by the healing of this older man. But people matter to Christ!

Scandal appeared at the pool of Bethesda as those against Him would desire the healed man not to speak. In that condition and not enjoying life, this man was outside of life and living. He looked for others to help when the water stirred, but when Jesus was there, He came to him to speak something.

Only the lame in the body came to this place. In reading on in the same chapter and down to verse 16 Amplified reads this: For this reason the Jews began to persecute (annoy, torment) Jesus and sought to kill Him, because He was doing these things on the Sabbath. Seems they resisted healings on the Sabbath and certainly not to remove a mat from the pool.

Reading on in verse 30 I am able to do nothing from Myself [independently, of my own accord----but only as I am taught by God and as I get His orders]. Even as I hear, I judge [I decide as I am bidden to decide . As the voice comes to Me, so I give a decision], and my judgment is right (just, righteous), because I do not seek or consult My own will [ I have no desire to do what is pleasing to Myself, My own aim, My own purpose] but only the will and pleasure of the Father Who sent Me.

That stirring of the water was doing more than just healing some people. It disturbed those who saw a man healed on a day that they regarded as religious. Man certainly wanted to change what God had given in the beginning.  At some point, anything given by God would ultimately be brought back to being twisted by man and the good like Jesus did, was violating their (Jewish leaders views) which was on the premise of the pride "thing" and hypocrisy.

Jesus told the man to "Get up, take his mat and walk!" Jesus wanted him to walk which he had probably never done, and to take his mat. Take of that which would remind anyone you had been in that condition and walk. Walk!

Now Jesus can come in and do quietly for us when no one watches, when no one cares, and when others are waiting on that "pool" thing. But walk.........praise God, give glory to Jesus the Healer, the Great Physician and do what you are to do every day..........all to the praise of God and His mighty deeds! Tell others about what Jesus did for you,........and tell them when He healed you and what you profess today about Him.

In recent days, I have heard of this care called "Wound Care" and it is for those who have gone through some kind of treatment like radiation or many surgeries and the body will no longer heal itself in that area of body, so one has to have this wound care for that body area. It is sometimes for the rest of one's life but is helpful to those who really need it. But let us remember Jesus our Great Physican.

Jesus is our Wounded Care giver. For He surely bore our griefs and carried our sorrows. He was the wounded for our transgressions ( our sins). Our bodies are made by God and He can restore them to health. A process indeed, but we must put action to what we can do with Jesus.

Isaiah 53:4-5

Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [ as with leprosy] 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needed to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.

Here in John 5:6 When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?”

7 The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” 8Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” 9 And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked.

Notice Jesus asked and the man had an excuse for not being healed.

Jesus asked" do you want to be made well?"

Are you " fully serious"? Are you " zealously sincere" about getting well?

Are you "making a demand" for healing?"

Yes, Yes, and Yes!

We have to act like the healed even when we do not feel it in our bodies. We must rise up........take this word from Isaiah 53 and confess that we are the healed and made whole by the wounded Jesus who took our transgression and was bruised for our guilt and iniquities (sins) . He took my punishment and your punishment and we do not have to have it, ever. That chastisement needed for us to obtain peace and well-being was met in Jesus. Today, we are the healed, made whole. Our lives are characterized by being the comfortable, the healthy and the HAPPY! Amen.

Jesus with us, is His presence of life in us. It is a light in the darkness. It is love extended to those perishing. The Lord makes a way for us and will we take it or just make an excuse for doing being made well?

Scandal at the pool: Man was made well. Jesus did it! Jesus the committed and Jesus the ready for God’s love to be revealed to another! May we be serious to want to pick up that mat of sickness, disease or even lack, for the Lord our God is in action to heal this day. Amen and Amen.

Feeding Those 5000

I have been so captured by the feeding of the 5,000. Have been reading the Expositors Bible Commentary on this passage. And what I have seen from the other passages they give, is that too many people try to relate this back to Moses and the giving for the Manna from heaven. They were not to keep any extra portion, but only what they required for the day. But in Matthew 14, the fragments are to be kept and I kept noticing of what was written: Jesus ministered the meal, and He ministered the process! In a Voice of Prayer teaching coming up, Jesus was the HOST! ( Blessed, Broken, Given, and Divided)

In Mark 6,He called ORDER for all to be seated in 100’s and 50’s. He tells the disciples to give them something. In this situation, Jesus cannot be reduced to the Prophet, a rabbi, or teacher of the law. THIS is God on the scene!

Another thing I took note of, was Moses was the Leader called by God to lead a nation out of Egypt. Jesus is the Leader, Who leads as Savior, Redeemer, the Lamb of God for sacrifice in taking the sins of man (of the world). Jesus would lead us to heaven, not across the pond to England, or Wales, but lead us home in Him! Where He is, there we are to be also! I also meditate on the truth that Moses lead a million out of Egypt, and how many actually took the promised land that was spoken about? What was the number who rebelled in the desert and would not go into the land God had given them?

Also, many churches gather to eat a meal together, like they did in the desert! They gather to eat and remember. Yet what are they remembering? Jesus, the Host in that back country place, had the disciples to bring what they had in hand. Jesus, the Host took the bread and broke it as He blessed it. He took the fish and distributed. He did not break the fish! Only the bread is broken.

Awesome words indeed, and if we hear them as we read and mediate them: what was of the identified bread: a loaf of barley, the food of the poor.

Matthew 14:13-21 When Jesus heard it ( the death of John His cousin), He departed from there by boat to a deserted place by Himself. But when He saw a great multitude; and He  was moved with compassion for the, and healed their sick. 15 When it was evening, His disciples came to Him, saying, “This is a deserted place, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the villages and buy themselves food.” 16 But Jesus said to them, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.” 17 and they said to Him, “We have been here only five loaves and two fish.”

In Matthew 14:19 Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And he took the five loves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes. 20 So they all ate and were filled and they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments that remained. 21 Now those who had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children.

He Who is Bread took bread, blessed it and broke it. And it was given to the multitude. We cannot give to another what has not been blessed by God. What has been broken is what is multitude in the word of truth where Jesus is manifested and power of the Holy Spirit observed. It is demonstration of the Spirit and power.

From this passage, Jesus would reveal He would be the broken bread: John 6:22-71….John 6:35 I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.

John 6: 28-40 NKJV Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?” 29 Jesus answered & said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.” 30 Therefore they said to Him, “What sign will You perform then, that we may see it & believe You?” What work will You do? 31 Our fathers ate manna in the desert; as it is written, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.” 32 Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven & gives life to the world.” 34 Then they said to Him, “Lord, give us this bread always.”

True bread from heaven: Jesus! This is not just about a loaf of bread but of life and joy in the peace with God!  John 6:48 I am the bread of life. 49 Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness and are dead. 50 This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that one may eat of it and not die. 51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever, and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.”

Loaves and 2 fish He divided among them. Yes there are five loaves and 2 fish: Mark 6:39-44  39 Then he commanded them to make them all sit down in groups on the green grass. 40 So they sat down in ranks, in 100’s & in 50's. 41& when he had taken the 5 loaves & the 2 fish, he looked up to heaven, blessed & broke the loaves, & gave them to his disciples to set before them, & the 2 fish He divided among them all.42 So they all ate & were filled 43 & they took up 12 baskets full of fragments of the fish.4 Now those who had eat the loaves were about 5,000 men.

Jesus gave to the “poor”. When poor is used this way, it means "to be destitute, without resources; weak, powerless; spiritually bankrupt." Being poor in spirit is the platform on which is built all of the other beautiful attitudes that please God and motivate Him to respond with spiritual and physical blessings. Our being poor in spirit is the recognition of our spiritual need that causes us to cry out to God for what He can and will supply. For us, we can testify how our lives have changed in just twenty five years. We feed others with that which God has fed us.

Twelve baskets full held the remaining fragments of bread and fish. Amazing grace, how sweet the sound, a sound of enough, being full, and twelve baskets remaining, what may be considered scraps, leftovers and still enough to carry with you for later. Understand that Barley was for the poor! And Jesus the Host is our supply! May this recognition be yours in knowing about God from the proper perspective, causing you to give Him praise and thanksgiving. May you see Him for what He is and what He has and makes you long to be the same, just as the financially poor see and desire to be like the rich in Christ Jesus. For death could not hold Him. The tomb could not contain Him: He is greater and He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Amen.

May we influence others this year: in a field, in a barn, in a park, or maybe a church! For our walk is one in demonstration of the Spirit and power. We will speak what the Lord has done for us. ( Watch Voice of Prayer for the teaching this week:  Blessed, Broken, Given and Divided)

The Gang's All Here

Jesus can even enter through locked doors!
Was thinking and meditating on John 20. Had received an email from family about Passover and Resurrection Day and thought of "the one day soon" when our Savior returns!
He came to deliver us to soundness, a perfect soundness of mind and of wholeness to the body
The important point was that Jesus prevailed by the Word of God. He was the Word manifested and can be the manifested word in our lives when we continue to speak that truth and believe it. When that occurs we can tell others of His word living and abiding in us and how daily we are living unto the purpose God planned for us to live.

John 20:24-31 Amplified Bible 24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called the Twin, was not with them when Jesus came. 25  So the other disciples kept telling him, We have seen the Lord! But he said to them, Unless I see in His hands the marks made by the nails and put my finger into the nail prints, and put my hand into His side, I will never believe [it].

Yes, there are still those like Thomas who exist too!

26 Eight days later His disciples were again in the house, and Thomas was with them. Jesus came, though they were behind closed doors, and stood among them and said, Peace to you!

Even behind locked doors the Lord Jesus can reach us! Nothing prevents Him to reach us! (Now some believe this was church time, it appeared more like they were hiding)

27 The He said to Thomas, Reach out your finger here and see My hands; and put out your hand and place [it] in My side. Do not be faithless and incredulous, but [stop your unbelief and] believe! 28 Thomas answered Him, My Lord and my God! 29 Jesus said to him, Because you have seen Me, Thomas, do you now believe (trust, have faith)? Blessed and happy and to be envied are those who have never seen Me and yet have believed and adhered to and trusted and relied on Me. 30 There are also many other signs and miracles which Jesus performed in the presence of the disciples which are not written in this book. 31 but these are written (recorded) in order that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ (the Anointed One) the Son of God, and that through believing and cleaving to and trusting and relying upon Him you may have life through (in) His name [through Who He is].

My husband and I heard a teaching today that revealed much about that leaving the family that raised you and to cling to the wife. Much clarity revealed that when a man actually leaves....and begins to cleave to his wife....His wife is all he really needs in the plan that God put forth. With God leading the way, then the image of God is to appear, His righteousness is to also appear in our living day to day. The husband leaving his family now cleaves and clings to the wife. That is revealed even  in our walk with God.

We are to rely only on Him totally! Thomas still would not believe unless he did step 1...unless I see His hands, step 2, unless I put my finger into the nail prints and 3 unless I put my hand into His side I will never believe.

One other area of Thomas is found in John 11. In it Jesus was going to where Lazarus had died. But Thomas knew the Jews were there. His reasoned that if they killed Jesus, then all the disciples would die as well. Yes, this man had some obvious doom and gloom in his life. In making his decisions, they were made without the truth of the word of God. And there are some who will encourage you in doom and gloom. Thomas did that!
Thomas said this: John 11: 16 Then Thomas, who was called the Twin, said to his fellow disciples. "Let us go too, that we may die (be killed) along with Him.

The fear of men always brings a snare (Proverbs 29:25), and Jesus wants His disciples to avoid it and be stable in their faith.

We should be able to see Jesus in the pages of the New Testament. Although the Old Testament does give witness through prophetic words that He was coming. Still, today many are told of His return, but how many are watching and waiting for Him. As the disciples of Christ Jesus, we should go about to build one another in their faith. But Thomas did not receive from them!
Thomas was absent from the gang. And those who were behind doors sought to lock them tight because of their fear of the Jews! But Thomas had also individually locked out the Holy One of Israel. Thomas was limited in his thinking and convinced by his "own method" and do it his way....which pretty much left him in a state of unbelief! His friends in the Lord should have been enough to spark an enthusiasm, yet he was left there.....like in neutral and without the Lord, without joy and utterly hopeless. But the Lord Jesus came again.

Then ultimately Thomas faced his unbelief. He proclaimed to Jesus, "My Lord and my God!"
Where was Thomas when Jesus appeared the first time? When walking with the other disciples why did Thomas not believe them when they spoke of their Lord and Savior?
It all comes back to "heart issues"!
He appeared as the slow in faith and certainly weak as well. For we are to adhere to the Lord's teachings and of that teaching we are to embrace it. We are not to change to suit us but receive it as it is that word that sets the captives free! He had the same teachings as all the others. Judas betrayed Jesus and Thomas was held captive by his unbelief!

1 John 5:10-11 NKJV 10 He who believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son. 11 And this is the testimony that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
For we should know Jesus in our hearts, know when He is present and know He is for us!

John 20:27-29   NIV 27 Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand & put it into my side. Stop doubting - believe." 28 Thomas said to him, "My Lord & my God!"     29 Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen & yet have believed."

Stop doubting! The only one you really need is Jesus! Stop doubting, and remember that He went to the Cross as the sacrifice for our sins. Remember that receiving Him as Lord, we receive all that the Father has for us. We are to act like Jesus and be available to tell others of Him! If they need to see Him, then may they truly see Him in you and in me! For without Him we can do nothing of ourselves. Those who walk by faith honor God and they honor the Lord! God cannot lie. What He has spoken He will do it!

I think we should not dare miss the miraculous by being stuck on the side of the road. Hesitant of whether it be God or not, for in truly believing you and I have eternal life in His Name! WE continue in the forward motion of life and ever clinging to His goodness and the love He gave for us!
