Flattery

 

Spent time reading and hopefully retaining a teaching I was hearing. Hearing a teaching today from Keith Moore. And I have some recorded for later this week and month. But this one captured my hearing when he talked of the meanings in Genesis 1.  Then I thought of Genesis 3!

Genesis 3: 7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings. 8  And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. 9  Then the LORD God called to Adam and said to him, Where are you?"  10  So he said, "I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and i hid myself."   11 And He said, "Who told you that you were naked?  Have you eaten from the tree of which i commanded you that you should not eat?"  12  Then the man said, "The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.  13 And the LORD God said to the woman, 'What is this you have done?' The woman said, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate." 14  So the LORD God said to the serpent: "Because you have done this, You are cursed more than all cattle, and more than every beast of the field; on your belly you shall go, and you shall eat dust all the days of your life. 15  And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise your head and you shall bruise His heel."

This is divination on the part of the serpent.

He chose to get close to the one weak. He could smell her scent for fruit! God told the serpent that he would eat the dust all the days of his life. Enmity was going to between you and woman. It was between your seed and her seed. He shall bruise your head and you shall bruise His heel.

Ever encountered a couple being divorced or may one spouse is up to no good. But news gets out and you find that the serpent got close to your family or maybe a friend.  There is no good between that which the serpent has used his flesh. He walked before God and after this he covered fleshly things.  He gets close to speak but also to smell the scents given off by the people he is after.

Sin was smelled by the serpent and following close he continues his prowl. He gets close by slithering closer and wraps around the head and chest to close off fresh air to your lungs.

Genesis 3:9-11 NKJV Then the LORD God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?” 10 So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.” 11 And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from tree which I commanded you that you should not eat?”

1.      Hid: cha-baw (2244) means to secrete….to discharge or generate a secret

2.      To place out of sight, conceal, to shroud

3.      To emit: to send out as a discharge into the environment

4.      One who slinks, sneaks, one who is coward, a snake

Colossians 3:3-5 Amplified Bible 3 For [as far as this world is concerned] you have died, and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, Who is our life, appears, the you also will appear with Him [in the splendor of His] glory. 5 So kill (deaden, deprive of power) the evil desire lurking in your members [those animal impulses and all that is earthly in you that employed in sin]; sexual vice, impurity, sensual appetites, unholy desires, and all greed and covetousness, for that is idolatry (the deifying of self and other created things instead of God).

Secrets! Secrets and Secrets! Flattery is emitted by the one who is choosing to cross the boundary lines. To HIDE out....to generate a secret. One that is concealed and out of sight. But leaves covered Adam and Eve....hearing the Spirit of God speak still they basked in sin on earth!!!

Hiding will Not Expand the Kingdom of God! Flattery for five minutes might get you into trouble and if not repenting, then you abide in that sin and in darkness.

Luke 13:20-22  NKJV  And again He said, “To what shall I liken the kingdom of God? 21 it is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal till it was leavened.”

1.      The kingdom of God active in and through us would be seen as faith and love exuding from us

2.      That kingdom is seen and revealed from heart to heart

  

Matthew 13:33-34  Amplified Bible 33 He told them another parable. The kingdom of heaven is like leaven (sour dough) which a woman took and covered over in three measures of meal or flour till all of it was leavened. 34 These things all take together Jesus said to the crowds in parables; indeed without a parable He said nothing to them.

1.      That special property within the bread brings change, so to the kingdom will come

2.      Each individual changes, sometimes silently, sometimes in dramatic ways,  but sown slowly, will progress into that which is desired

3.      As the temples of God we are to be changed that represents Him in every value to our mind, will and emotions…by the Holy Spirit we are made to prosper and not to be hindered.                                                                                                                

 Galatians 5:5-9  Amplified Bible 5 For we, [not relying on the Law but] through the [Holy] Spirit’s [help], by faith anticipate and wait for the blessing and good for which our righteousness and right standing with God [our conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action, causes us to hope. 6 For [if we are] in Christ Jesus, neither circumcision nor un-circumcision counts for anything, but only faith activated and energized and expressed and working through love. 7 You are running your race nobly. Who has interfered in (hindered and stopped you from ) heeding and following the Truth? 8 This [evil] persuasion is not from Him Who called you [Who invited you to freedom in Christ]. 9 A little leaven ( a slight inclination to error, or a few false teachers) leavens the whole lump [it perverts the whole conception of faith or misleads the whole church].

Who was your teacher , or who was your guide in righteousness? Did someone touch your ego with a word you have never heard? Is someone trying to touch you in unrighteous ways? Truth is to will out for God in this situation. If you have another and their kids....seed will sprout in trouble, sometimes revenge and hate. Not good if you just wanted five minutes of fun. Sin has a high price, it can look like a tattoo but have a meaning for evil and not for God. Sin takes you longer down the road to sin, especially if you have strong desire to want to sin! YIKES

No flattery please! Like to hear the pleasant words of the Lord that gives strength as we walk in stronger light that speaks future tense of His coming soon.

Crushing the Serpent's Head

Was thinking on this early this morning from a teaching I had recently heard! I thought of when the enemy is divided!
Matthew 12:25-26  NKJV  25 But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them: "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. 26  If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?

 

Jesus said that every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation. And you ask any spouse who became divided from their wedded spouse what desolation it has brought to them. Demonic activity is to stop man in the purpose God has for him. You can see that playing out in schools today: children not in school because of no bus drivers, the curriculum is wrong curriculum as to pornographic for a five year old ( really???), no one to clean the school, no  lunches accessible (shortage of food due to shortage of workers to gather food), no restroom facilities due to someone ripping them out, and the such! It is vax that, mask this, closed due to virus, or a scare tactic of “or else”. Domination is a ruler-ship according to some that only the strong survives and who is calling the shots. But I believe coming this winter, it will be those who lives through it who will have a position of speaking, standing and give faith in God! A friend Erica, just sent us this notice from the country of Canada in their paper, and the medical group writing the article was  pinpointing to that on Israel and United Kingdom where all those who took the vaccine are sick and in hospital right now. They listed what is coming out of those two countries and and most of the people in Israel and U. K. took that “vaccine”.  But those without the vaccine are all healthy whole going into the fall of the year! Yes, that speaks volumes!

You heard you need a vaccine, then it was to take two –seven years to gain access to that vaccine with the testing required, but then they attached something like a tale on donkey game, a vaccine not tested, but added to one that will be made available here in the country I live in the next couple of years.  It was like this “Taa---Daa” moment. We have something here to vax you up with! Still they speak one is approved, but they are not giving the approved vaccine but an experimental vaccine that has done terrible things to people. That is some tale to pin on some donkey who created it!!!

 Yet here you go down that way or path of human desolation and destruction. Started by a corona-virus thing, like something out of hell devised by the enemy himself to stop man in his walk with God, you can see desolation begin. You know if your children do not learn to read and write, they will never read the truth given in the Bible that has been protected for us to gain access to, to read, to learn and to know….yes understand about God Himself! Spiritual understanding is required to know we have an enemy and that he is spiritual, too!

Yes, the demons are a kingdom divided against themselves. As seen in Matthew 12:25-26, Jesus had a challenge that was given in that the demon He had just cast out of this person had been cast out by Satan. Jesus' argument is, "No, Satan would never cast out Satan." It would be stupid for Satan to cast himself out. He is not saying that under every condition Satan or other demons will not cast out other demons. Indeed, that does occasionally take place. Demons have activity to where they are very capable of doing signs and lying wonders. You can see that in Revelation 13! They will even have an entity which has power to do such those things! ( Lying wonders seen in 2 Thessalonians 2:9 and Deuteronomy 13:1)

 

Revelation 13:1-18 NKJV Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. 2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. 4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying “Who is like the beast?” Who is able to make war with him?” 5 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. 6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. 7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue and nation. 8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear. 10 He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and faith of the saints.

(Here you have an entity like the dragon Satan give power to have a throne and authority.)

11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. 12 And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. 14 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. 

Revelation 13:15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark of the name of the beast or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast for it is the number of man. His number is 666.

This is the fallen man, not the born again man! From verse 3 the mortally wounded is now alive again and the world is captivated. Understand this, that human beings, compared to God, are fundamentally untrustworthy, the weak. While people must be trusted from time to time in everyday life as to your parent or a spouse, in the most important matters, however, we cannot afford to lean on the broken crutch of human assistance.

If you have lived as long as I have, that to rely on an inconsistent person is relying on broken promises & much pain with heartache! Even the most well-intentional—will fail us. Human beings cannot be consistent, tend toward being inconsistent  & unable to help when needed the most!  But God has given us help! He has given us the life-saving grace, has declared what He will do when the human searches Him out. When reading the Bible, we gain understanding from the wisdom of God of what we face in that human condition! People can believe if you give them something out of the unusual.

Of the beast here in Revelation 13:1 and Revelation 13:8 is an entity called Thay-reon. He comes right out of the abyss. This demonic power is one with magical powers as a magician and can throw his voice as a ventriloquist. He is the troubler of the wind and waves Jesus spoke to in Mark 4:39! This is something the devil devises and uses lying wonders to trick people into believing. ( have you ever seen a magician who can throw his voice?) One thing to know is what Jesus taught and that is demons are divided against themselves. Because they are a kingdom with a the satanic rule, they are divided, because they are always in competition with each other. Just like Lucifer did in heaven, his pride developed into  more than just the music leader for God and heaven, being more as in taking God’s position, and that having more always spells ruin for anyone in the “me, myself, and I” mode of living. Because if you are in that position, you need real help from God!

Pick a country, any country and if God is not a part of its existence, then that government or governments are of human  (666) planning. It is humanity subjected and deceived by demons. They want human rules, human attitudes, human experiences to plan out by detail what others should follow in a human existence. Yet, God has given us His direction and guidance by His Holy Spirit.

 We can understand this when we recognize that the governments and most of humanity has been subject to and deceived by demons. Carnal or that human nature, is a reflection of the nature of Satan and his demons. Anyone born since Adam is a fallen creature. But those in Jesus are born-again unto God, to life and a family relationship.

From Revelation 13….the take away is two are rising for the tribulation. One is rising out of the sea and one is rising out of the land or earth. One is of the Gentile, that of the sea and the one of land or earth will be out of Israel. The only thing that keeps them unified is that at the head of this organization is a demon entity of a great  power but not like God Himself. This demon is able to whip those he rules into shape and line up with his whims in order to carry out his bidding. He does it by sheer force and his followers do not serve in love of or toward him. But they are the rebellious, and they will fall.

Of the sea, this does not describe a human political entity such as Rome. But this is one that describes the hideous, a satan-backed system of deception.. It would have idolatry that at any time express itself in that of human systems of the various kinds. You see that in Rome today. Here is Revelation 13, we find the hateful. This entity is the hateful, the blasphemous, the blaspheming and that hatefulness which produces in the intensified and devastating manifestations people will see. If you wrapped up all the horror movies you have seen in the last 50 years, this which will appear cannot be topped by any of them from those fifty year and will be appearing in full color and surround sound in the coming future!

The blasphemous healed and the wound of which was the fatal wound is the word in Greek with numbering 4435 meaning plague. Yes, another great cover-up by whoever sees the deathblow. Still, this creature lives. But human nature wants to rule, be number one, will try to win no matter the prize. But this is for keeps and involves hell!

All this ties back to Genesis 3:13-18 where the serpent’s head is wounded by her Seed. 

Genesis 3:13-18 and the LORD God said to the woman, “What is this you have done? The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.” 14 So the LORD God said to the serpent: “Because you have done this, You are cursed more than all cattle, and more than every beast of the field; on your belly you shall go, and you shall eat dust all the days of your life. 15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.” 16 To the woman He said, “I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception; in pain you shall bring forth children; your desire shall be for your husband, and he shall rule over you.”

As Satan used the woman against her husband and God, a virgin would give birth to the son of God and Satan would be bruised. A tree for a tree: the Cross proved a great blow to the adversary. The blood spattered Cross revealed a life given: His name Jesus! And He trampled Satan at the Cross for good!

Can you imagine having a conversation with a serpent? And yet there are most likely people having today a conversation with the serpent! And I wonder how much dust is in the serpent’s mouth as he speaks to human being!

Remembering Jesus’ Strong Admonition: Matthew 5:29-30 NKJV 29 "If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out," or "If your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off"

Is our faith of vigor, and is it determined in the strength of God to continue to walk with Him and overcome sin? Minimizing sin comes close to trampling the Son of God underfoot and putting His sacrifice to an open shame seen in Hebrews 6:6 if they fall way, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.; Hebrews 10:29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trample the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of Grace?

Scorning the Son of God by going back into a sinful life is a terrible punishment expected when one blasphemes the Holy Spirit. He who calls good evil and evil good, it one who will be punished. Do we have the sacrificial life that is holy unto God or just guilty of practicing sin like taking vices like smoking pot or drinking wine? ( pot kills brain cells and wine contains fungus that kills the body)

It was the Apostle John who wrote, "Whoever is born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God."

The seed in us is of God as seen in 1 John 3:9 whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God. No, we are not characterized by lawlessness. But sin is natural to the children of the devil who has been sinning from the very beginning.

 Revelation 22:15, he adds, "But outside [the New Jerusalem] are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie." Such people will not be in God's Kingdom.

Here are “the dogs”, those who practice magical arts, sexually immoral, murderers, idolaters and liars. Again idolaters who practice witchcraft, practice doing drugs and creating them. They are those who accept sin readily. They think God will just have to be satisfied with them willing not to overcome. But this is living dangerously, for Revelation 21:7 speaks : “ He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. This is a broken fellowship and living in a dangerous place. We are to overcome…… For by grace for you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God1

Receive His gift of grace….He rescues you from an impossible situation!

Participate by Faith in the Risen Savior

 We are to participate by faith in the risen Savior.  Those who desire to speak lies reject Jesus.....they are   mixing truth with their own motives or hidden agendas…

Romans 6:16-20 ……..16 Greet one another with a holy kiss. The churches of Christ greet you. 17 Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions & offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, & avoid them. 18 For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple. 19 For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, & simple concerning evil. ( evil speaking going on )20 And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.  NKJV

Evil speaking: as satan in the Garden of Eden…..

                                                                                               

 Matthew 5:6,10…. …6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,

For they shall be filled. Matthew 5:10…. Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven. NKJV     

Being faithful is choosing to fix our mind on “spiritual things”…and looks like that which reveals God and His ways.    Choosing to be fixed on God’s spiritual, we keep it in our speaking………knowing right from wrong..

 

Our Righteousness is then  maintained by the Holy Spirit…… Romans 8:1—6….8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.... ( not according to our own thoughts, ideas or inclinations)  5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  NKJV  that flesh is for me, myself and I) elevating ourselves, protecting ourselves, making our boast in Me! They wander through the night without sleep trying to order their lives…aright……..but without God….in it…

 

Those with a “seared conscious” : Give heed to deceiving spirits and doctrine of demons.

Listen to hypocrisy: or you might say that they will listen to those hypocritical liars. They are self-righteous, they exhibit the smooth, insincere, two-faced relationship with others. They are subtle like a sneaky snake.   From this attitude in verse 3: they will forbid others to marry, command others to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving… from 1 Timothy 4:

 

Searing: the example is ungodly thoughts with Words and actions that match. THEY are those who will not look to the Bible as the Authority:  1 Corinthians 4:1-5…..4:1 Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.   2 Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful. 3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by a human court. In fact, I do not even judge myself. 4 For I know nothing against myself, yet I am not justified by this; but He who judges me is the Lord. 5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one's praise will come from God.  NKJV  (are we being faithful stewards and speaking with the clear conscience? )

                                                                                                    

Paul says that his conscience does not accuse him. He gives the Message of God….& he knows that he holds God’s thoughts & purposes in his heart. He follows Jesus as a disciple & is obedient to exercise his faith in Jesus.   (So  FROM 1 Timothy 4:2…we find a conscience that is not sensitive to the Holy Spirit. We find a conscience not able to distinguish between right and wrong. Mixing their own agendas and inclinations with God’s truth….which can shipwreck other people’s faith in God. ) 1 Timothy 1:18-20  This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare, 19 having faith and a good conscience, which some having rejected, concerning the faith have suffered shipwreck, 20 of whom are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I delivered to satan that they may learn not to blaspheme.

 

A Person is seared or defiled when:

1.   From 1 Timothy 1:18-20…They receive spiritual lies: it is demonic teaching or the false doctrine. Like Hymenaues (High-muh-nee uhs_ and Alexander..

2.   They teach that a Christian can continue to commit sin and still inherit eternal life.”

3.   They taught that the body was not central or essential to the part of human nature, therefore the teaching denied a resurrection of the body of man or woman

4.   Known as those who jealously reserve the option to ignore law, they act upon their own impulses & own passing lusts. THEIR  standards  are transitory! They seek that which suits them,& are subject to change at any moment to suit the occasion. In the churches, new or established, the self-worshipers will often dismiss God's laws by claiming that they personally have "spiritual guidance" & have no need of law. Sometimes they use a misinterpretation of 1 John 2:27 to excuse their lawlessness. 1 John 2:27 As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, & you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things & as that anointing is real, not counterfeit-just as it has taught you, remain in him. NIV

5.   Is seen as on who indulges….in the day of discovery, man has freed himself of God. He readily unplugs his conscience & can do whatever his own heart desires while answering to no one else. He is the supreme god. He can change the rules if he wants. He can partake of the forbidden fruit in that which brings them to that speaking: “I’m okay, Your okay!”

6.   Then man finds himself in the Garden of Eden again….Gen 3:3-6……" 4 Then the serpent said to the woman, "You will not surely die. 5 For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil." NKJV

7.   The demonic teaching set forth by satan is that which attempts to displace God’s truth: like with High-muh-nee-uhs & Alexander.

8.   Paul warns Timothy, as a leader for the second generation of Christians In 2 Timothy 1:13-14…., “Hold fast the pattern of sound words which you have from me, in faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. That good thing which was committed to you, keep by the Holy Spirit that dwells in us.                                                                                              

                                                                         

 2 Peter 2:14-20…14. The CONSEQUENCE of the UNFORGIVEN SIN: Is God will not hear: Psalm 66:18-19…18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, The Lord will not hear.  19 But certainly God has heard me; He has attended to the voice of my prayer.  NKJV

1 John 5:14…14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.   NKJV Knowing Him and knowing His word…..pot is not His word…nor is any kind of drug use

They will NOT ABIDE IN CHRIST AND BEAR FRUIT:   John 15:4-5…………..4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.  I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. NKJV

They bear fruit that is of a false nature. They are mouthpieces for evil spirits. They have a mask of holiness but carry falsehood everywhere they go. They no longer know the difference between right and wrong. Lying to them is not wrong!                                                                                                                                                                                                        

EVIDENCE THEY carry is that they DO Not Love CHRIST JESUS:   John 14:21-22….. 21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and……… manifest Myself to him."   NKJV   .......1 John 4:7-10  NIV…. 8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one & only Son into the world that we might live through him.

 

They CANNOT & WILL NOT Expect to Learn all Things Proverbs 1:5 A wise man will hear & increase in learning. And a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel.

 John 14:25-26…NKJV  26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. 

2 John 9-11…NKJV,,9 Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; 11 for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.  

See how serious this is…..we are not to remain with those seared against God and His Word…..

Will not Remain in CHRIST’S LOVE:  John 15:9-11…………9 "As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. 10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love. 11 These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.   NKJV   ( they will not remain in joy or in God’s peace….they work, they cannot rest at night, but stay up….working, planning and fail miserably …)

 

They REMAIN in CARNALITY….Living in Death:  Romans 8:6-7….6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.   NKJV   Remember: Hymaneus and Alexander…

God is not chaos .. Holy Spirit hovering over the face of the deep..He was bringing order quickly.                                                                                                                 

Expressing NO LOVE FOR OTHERS….they Will not and cannot love others as God does not abide in them…1 John 4:12 -13    12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 13 By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.  NKJV…….. example: they will find a reason not to bless another in the same leadership as themselves….

 Hebrews 3:5-6……5 And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which would be spoken afterward, 6 but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.  NKJV   Sons of God                                                         

 Hosea 4:1-3…….Hear the word of the LORD, you Israelites, because the LORD has a charge to bring against you who live in the land: "There is no faithfulness, no love, no acknowledgment of God in the land.  2 There is only cursing, lying and murder, stealing and adultery; they break all bounds, and bloodshed follows bloodshed. NIV   (As a child ….we grow up in the Lord, as the Son we know the Father and act as His Son….Jesus did! We just read it in Hebrews 3:5-6)                                                                                                                  

Ephesians 5:11 says to “have NO fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness.

Ephesians 5:8b-14…8b..Live as children of light  9 (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness & truth) 10 and find out what pleases the Lord. 11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. 12 For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. 13 But everything exposed by the light becomes visible, 14 for it is light that makes everything visible. NIV

 

EXPOSE these unfruitful works of darkness! THE Unfruitful is the barren; without any fruit that is acceptable to God. And it bears the boast in man and not God! 

1 John 1:3…The Holy Spirit said, “That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with His son Jesus Christ”

That which was revealed by the apostles is necessary to have fellowship with them and with the Father and His Son Jesus Christ.  

 THE MESSAGE…. that “God is light, and in him is no darkness at all” (1 John 1:5). Since “darkness” is in definite contrast with “light,” and since God is “light” and in Him is no darkness at all, whatever “darkness” is, it is completely contrary and oppressive to the nature and essence of God. God is truth, and in Him is no lie. In Him is no darkness at all (1 John 1:5).  WE must walk in the light as He is in the light to have fellowship with him.

We are to be accountable that our walk is in the Light of God. Our boast is to be in Him! He provided a way through salvation in Him. Our conscience is to carry that knowing right from wrong. It is gained through knowing God and His Word. It is our righteousness that is maintained by the Holy Spirit and in His presence is the fullness of joy. We never change His word to accommodate the flesh creature! Amen.
