Is Impossible to Find or Is it?

In spending time reading in the book of Revelation, one finds the heart of Jesus for mankind to heed the Father’s voice. But sad to say,
Christians are the victims of an age that is apathetic to a true relationship with God. Would anybody in all honesty admit that he would not care to eat a meal with and fellowship with Jesus Christ? Yet, He is reporting that in His own church there are some who know that He is at the door, yet will not rouse themselves to answer it and fellowship with Him! They are refusing to fellowship with Him. They are so far from Him that they do not even see their need. If there is no awareness of need, there is no desire; no desire, no prayer; no relationship, and back to no awareness of need. It runs in a vicious circle.

We find such wording found also in the book of Matthew for those to take heed and repent.

In  this hour we are to endure. To hold one’s ground in conflict, bear up against adversity and yes to stand firm in our faith! But where does faith lie in us?

“Repentance grows as faith grows. Do not make any mistake about it; repentance is not a thing of days and weeks, a temporary penance to be gotten over as fast as possible! No; it is the grace of a lifetime, like faith itself. God's little children repent, and so do the young men and the fathers. Repentance is the inseparable companion of faith.”
― Charles H. Spurgeon ( All Grace)

Matthew 24:3-14 NKJV 3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying “Tell us when will these things be? & what will be the sign of Your coming & of the end of the age?” 4 And Jesus answered & said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ & will deceive many. 6 “ And you will hear of wars & rumors of wars. See that you are not troubles for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 “For nation will rise against nation, & kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences ( Covid -19 or Hantivirus) & earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, & will hate one another. 11”Then many false prophets will rise up & deceive many. 12 “& because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved.

Matthew 24:15-28   NKJV 15 Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet standing in the holy place” whoever reads, let him understand, 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. 18 And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. 19 “But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! 20 And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s those days will be shortened. 23 “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ! Or There’ do not believe it. 24 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive if possible, even the elect. 25 “See, I have told you beforehand.” 26 “Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert! Do not go out; or ‘LOOK, He is in the inner rooms!’ Do not believe it. 27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 28 “For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.” 29 “For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. “30 And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.   (He CONTINUES with The Coming of the Son of Man in verses 29-31, the Parable of the Fig Tree in verses 32-35, No one Know the Day or Hour verses 36-44 and the Faithful Servant and the Evil Servant.)

From the above scripture, repentance is involved. Down below we find no repentance in men or women. Tribulation is evident and His return is certain. Destruction is coming! Earthquakes increase as does famine increase.

Luke 17:20-37 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; 21 “nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘see there!’ For indeed, the kingdom  of God is within you.” 22 Then he said to the disciples, “The days will come when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. 23 And they will say to you; ‘Look here!” or ‘Look there!’ Do not go after them  or follow them. 24 For as lightening that fleshed out of one part under heaven shines to the other part under heaven, so also the son of Man will be in His day. 25 “But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. 26 “and as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: 27 “They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. 28 “Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; 29 “but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. 30 “even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed. 31 “In that day, he who is on the housetop, and his goods are in the house, let him not come down to take them away. And likewise the one who is in the field, let him not turn back. 32 “Remember Lot’s wife.” 33 “Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it. 34 “I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed; the one will be taken and the other will be left. 35 “Two women will be grinding together: the one will be taken and the other left. 36 “Two men will be in the field: the one will be taken and the other left. 37 and they answered and said to Him, “Where Lord?” So He said to them, “Wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together .

Here we find a famine, not of bread, nor for water but of hearing the words of the Lord.   Amos 8:11-12 NKJV  11 "Behold, the days are coming," says the Lord GOD,

"That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of bread, Nor a thirst for water,

But of hearing the words of the LORD. 12 They shall wander from sea to sea,

And from north to east; They shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the LORD,

But shall not find it.

Terrible times occur. We can see today, people needing some kind of SNAP program, but it is being taking from the hungry to feed the greedy with green backs on their minds. Unfortunately when God's Word is most needed to help the people come to repentance, it will be almost impossible to find. When the people finally realize that God wants them to repent, it will be too late. The seeds of their destruction have been sown, and the crop is already ripe. The only truth available to them in the tumult of God's judgment is what they can remember. It is for this reason that God warns us in these times to "[redeem] the time, because the days are evil" (Ephesians 5:16). Spend time reading. Spend time rehearsing the words of the Lord’s return.

If our hope is in the Kingdom of God, the resurrection of the dead, and sharing life with God eternally are not sufficient to motivate us to repent, perhaps fear of a terrible calamity, the Great Tribulation, the Day of the Lord, or being spewed from God's mouth as a Laodicean will move us to use the present to secure the future. God prophesies to motivate us to cling to Him and His Word right now, and He is willing to scare us nearly to death in order to save us.

During this famine, "They shall wander from sea to sea, and from north to east; they shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the Lord, but shall not find it" (Amos 8:12). Amos probably refers to the Dead and Mediterranean Seas, east to west, and adds "north to east," describing a triangle with the south direction left out. Why would he do this? It is on a map of Palestine, the Dead Sea lies to the east, the Mediterranean to the west and the nation of Israel to the north. What lies to the south? Jerusalem, where the truth was! In Amos' day, the truth was taught in God's Temple in Jerusalem. It was the Israelites that wanted to be known as seekers of the truth of God. But reality they did not want it. They would not humble themselves.

A tremendous word appears: Wander can be rendered "stagger" like a drunk or "tremble" like lips quivering in agitation because one is so angry or fearful he is unable to speak. It shows the people in a state of panic and intense agitation. They are desperately searching for what they had regarded so lightly: God, the Bible, His truth. But they cannot find them anywhere!

Today we cannot find a truthful headline of news. It is trying to put puzzle pieces together to find truth. Thankfully the Lord gives us His truth in the Bible. For today many are seeking any kind of religion, and many will fall prey to false ones. This scenario is already happening in modern Israel. New Age, mystical, and Eastern religions are growing steadily, and many "Christians" feel free to borrow "truth" from other religions. Additionally, recent years have seen the rise of ecumenical movements within a broad spectrum of religious bodies.

Is it not common to find mosques located in your city? This was a nation built on the Biblical standards of God our Father. Will we speak His truth, repent when sinning and turn from wickedness to righteous ways?

Nuclear missiles anyone? How many missiles would U. S. have on hand? How far will those “old” one reach in a need? And will they do the job or only make a lot of smoke and spread deadly gas?  Just from a Michael Snyder writing, I received that Vladimir Putin just tested an area the size of Texas and destroy it in its entirety.  The RS-28 Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile has a maximum speed of approximately 15,500 miles per hour. It is roughly the height of a four story building. It can carry up to 10 metric tons of thermonuclear warheads, and those warheads can destroy a land area the size of Texas.

Ah, this is the crown jewel of Putin indeed! Anyone one single Sarmat will release 16 independently-target-able nuclear warheads. One goes up and 16 come down, and will take out sixteen cities. Anyone for toast right now? This can show up at year’s end on the schedule of Russia and its leaders!

What say you? I remember living through the Bay of PIGS: the Cuban Missile Crisis and we need Jesus. We should not wait till one is on the death bed. Your end or mine might be sooner than expected. But thankful the Lord hears our prayers for these Russian leaders. Being school aged and living in central Texas, in the fall of 1962. It was a crisis of weeks. It lasted from October 16 to October 28, 1962. (Hiding under a desk will not help you)

For Jesus, His own neighbors rejected Him. They saw interruption in their lifestyle, in their own thinking, but chose to carry on in their unbelief. They chose sin over Him! Some people just want to be right all the time. But we cannot be that way ….we must have God guiding us with His eye. Certainly those who were astonished also became those who were ready to kill Him. They wanted Jesus gone however they had to do it. But truth ruled Jesus’ life. The truth of God carried Him to the Cross and then to the right hand of God in Heaven.

We are warned in these books. Luke gives us that one will be taken and another left to their sin. What is first on our schedule today? Might REPENTANCE rule over our day when someone is close to hitting that RED BUTTON?

The Mud Runner or Walking on Water

In preparing this the last few days, I spent reading Jesus' prayer in John 17. He prayed for those who would believe. And is our belief in Him or the stock market? Is our faith in Jesus or the world's songs, world's people, idols that carry no life nor breath in them, and do we follow that which is wrong indeed.

So today we choose: to be a believer and be mud runner or believe and walk on water. Thought of Moses and  Aaron who were sent.  Moses sent to speak to Pharaoh. But he felt he was no speaker and asked if Aaron could go with him to be the "speaker". . After they led Israel out from the Pharaoh of Egypt, they faced the Red Sea.  Fear striking on every nerve of each person, they are the consumed in anxiety!  Pharaoh's military was coming quickly from behind them. God told Moses to lift his staff and tell the people to cross. The waters divided and they walked over on dry land!

Later in the Old Testament,  Abram appeared. Told to leave his family behind and take his wife to the place God called them to live. And he went but he took some family members with him. Ultimately Abram's belief became the trust in God. He had to believe that God could change his name, he would have an heir and it would be God's design and not the flesh of man. Abram now called Abraham was known for His faith. He would be the "father" of many. But the idols had to be removed from him.

Reading on him, we find this in Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Proverbs 19:21 There are many plans in a man's heart nevertheless the Lord's counsel that will stand.

In the New Testament, Jesus and John the Baptist came. John announced the coming of the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Jesus, the Man of prayer, gave us the example for our lives to be lived out.

Father to the Son, the Son to the Father….1.       Abiding:

John 15:5. 5 I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. NKJV

John 17:20-23……………..20 "My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me 23  I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. NIV

 2.       As Children to abide:Matthew 18:1-5

18:1 At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, "Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?" 2 Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, 3 and said, "Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me.   NKJV

After Jesus, the Apostle Paul wrote 2/3 of New Testament and it was faith that was sent out to those who hear! He taught others to know Jesus by faith.

So we have examples of Abraham and Apostle Paul.  Like what Martin Luther King spoke in a speech in 1963: His desire was for his children to live by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin. So many today get his message wrong. They want things their way. Some want God's people removed entirely so they can do away with the book of Revelation. Then prove God wrong and His book null.

Paul the Apostle brought greetings saying in verse 2 (Philippians) Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. in Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

In each of these people, they had to live by their faith in God! They showed us their real lives with real situations which can only be lived in His peace when relating in prayer and worship to Him our God. Without prayer we flounder. We should choose the treasure of His counsel rather the trash of world's way of drugs and more drugs.

Here prayer brings us to see spiritually things God has for us. It could be a new position in a job, getting a study in nursing when we never thought of it. We could be an inventor and invent things for God's glory!

Now let's look at the mud runner Elijah!1 Kings 18:41-46.......................41 Then Elijah said to Ahab, "Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain." 42 So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees, 43 and said to his servant, "Go up now, look toward the sea." So he went up and looked, and said, "There is nothing." And seven times he said, "Go again." 44 Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, "There is a cloud, as small as a man's hand, rising out of the sea!" So he said, "Go up, say to Ahab, 'Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.' " 45 Now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy rain. So Ahab rode away and went to Jezreel. 46 Then the hand of the LORD came upon Elijah; and he girded up his loins and ran ahead of Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel. NKJV

Elijah prayed for rain to begin. He kept watch and prayed......and the rain came. It came quickly and with the new moisture on the ground, mud appeared. It was everywhere!  The sky turned dark with clouds. The wind blew and heavy rain appeared.  So warned. King Ahab drove away riding in his chariot with two horses.  The hand of the Lord came upon Elijah and he girded his loins....he was ready to run.
A distance of 25 miles, Elijah ran in the mud! Hand of the Lord is Holy Spirit....revelation and light! Born again we have Holy Spirit.  We pray for rain but mud will appear. If we pray God's will, we can expect His ways!
By Faith he prayed and believed: "There is the sound of an abundance of rain."   Spiritually we know by revelation knowledge.

THE God of Love, who gave His only Son, gifted us to become the sons of God. It was by grace that we are saved. That has given us opportunity to express gratitude, to spend time with Him and to know the Creator of all things. He who gives such a life should be feared.

Jesus was ruled not by His flesh but by His spirit man. He gained strength in staying connected to His Father through the Word that brings truth and life to our mortal being. He chose the treasure of God and the assignment to the Cross.

You and I will not take the Cross Jesus did, but we will face situations especially in prayer, that knowing God is for us, rain will fall and mud will appear.   We can run through that rain and mud. We can run fast through any thing that tries to stop us.  Or we can choose to walk on the water of His word and see His kingdom come.

The sky is certainly getting darker and men's heart match this very thing too.  Jesus died and the ground shook. The curtain in the temple was split from the top to the bottom. Prayer works!

Who do people say that you are: for Jesus.....the Son of God, for Paul who trusted Jesus to his death, he was an apostle and not Pharisee as before, for Elijah, he went up in a fiery chariot up into the sky, Abraham is known today by his faith in God, his prayer for Lot and family when Sodom and Gomorrah would be destroyed. Moses place of burial is only known by God. John the Baptist had a rough end. But truth was found on his lips to the end!

We are those who have chosen the treasure of God, light and revelation in Jesus and power by Holy Spirit. We see His plan, abide in His glory and are seated in heavenly places with Jesus.

Hey, ask me I know the way to get there...........Amen!

Refreshing in Our Speech as Fresh Water

My husband and I have been watching some viewings on John the Baptist. He was going ahead of Jesus to prepare the way for the kingdom of God! John had some descriptive words in speaking to the religious group. He called them “vipers”!  These vipers give birth inside their bodies. Not good for the snake nor people called vipers!

But  was thinking today of reverent speech. That speech of the kingdom of God as fresh water. Remembering John speaking to different groups within Israel but also the king. Here the king wanted to hear him and yet in another time and day, he put John in jail or prison!

Mark 6:19-22 Therefore Herodias held it against him and wanted to kill him, but she could not; 20 for Herod feared John, knowing that he was a just and holy man, and he protected him. and when he heard him, he did many things, and heard him gladly. 21 Then an opportune day came when Herod on his birthday gave a feast for his nobles, the high officers and the chief men of Galilee. 22 And when Herodias’ daughter herself came in and danced, and pleased Herod and those who sat with him, the king said to the girl. “Ask me whatever you want, and I will give it to you.”

One moment Herod heard John the Baptist gladly and the next he would have his head by the whims of a young girl. Mark 6;27 Immediately the king sent an executioner and commanded his head to be brought. And he went and beheaded him in prison.

Those who indulge in “self’ will be snared & broken. When one despises the prophecies of the Lord, the word given to men, they become the scornful. And against those God will send a foreign invader…to them,……who will speak in another tongue or foreign tongue.

John the Baptist gave good words of the kingdom. He warned Herod of taking Herodias, his brother Philip’s wife found in Mark 6:18. But Herodias wanted John murdered. She delighted in the world’s ways. But John warned of taking Herodias. What is even worse, Herodias was his niece. So two families divorced in marriage took on wickedness.

Reminded here in Acts 3:19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, 20 and that he may send Jesus Christ who was preached to you before, 21 whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.

Refreshing always represents the presence of the Lord! From Acts 3:19 refreshing is NT 403 and 404 …(an---aps’---ook---sis-) recovery of breath….revival…Presence -4383 /4314(pros’--o--pon) front as being towards the view of a presence or a person……facing toward God in His presence to refresh others….

That foreign language that depicts those leaving God…how many will turn away from Christ…..

Hebrews 6:1-8 Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works & of faith toward God, 2 of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection from the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this we will do if God permits. 4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened & have tasted the heavenly gift & have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, 5 & have tasted the good word of God & the powers of the age to come, 6 if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the son of God, and put Him to an open shame. 7 For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, & bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God; 8 but if it bears thorns & briers, it is rejected and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.

People not of God’s Kingdom speak a different language and in a different tone! But those of God’s kingdom speak in completeness both mentally and morally.

1.   Perfection in Hebrews 6:1;#5047 completeness both mentally & morally

2.   From V 7, we receive the water of God’s word to bear fruit…cultivated we receive blessing from God: The foundation was laid when we first believe and learned of that faith walk;

3.    Now we take to be maturing in the Lord; These from this passage in Hebrews 6:1-8 are those who have experienced the saving grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit in their lives;  Their language now disowns the Lord Christ, they are deliberate and decisive in abandoning their Christ faith.  They leave God out of everything they speak & do!

These are apostates! Isaiah 5:6 I will lay it waste; it shall not be pruned or dug, but there shall come up briers and thorns. I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain on it.

It appears as those who once went to the assembly to hear the word of God are now those who change it or say, there is no God! Some speak that He is love and will allow people to be themselves, when God had identified them at one time His own, so in truth, they were never going to meet God’s standard nor have a whole heart for Him! ….These are irreverent toward God and Jesus!

There is a Peril to Not Progressing: we know that we are to confess that guilty as charged in Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”

1.   Moving from condemnation to conviction..For Conviction is from God by the Holy Spirit and we are to accept it. John 16: 8-11 NKJV 8 And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, & of righteousness and of judgment: 9 of sin, because they do not believe in Me; 10 of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see me no more; 11 & of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.

2.   Convicted for sin, we repented, and the conviction continues to keep us to strive for God’s ways and His thoughts…….God is here to help us move forward, always giving us hope in Jesus Christ, He shows us the answers by His word and we grow, changing into His image…

Conviction Came to 2 People, obvious of failure but one chose to repent and one chose suicide. In  Peter and Judas, conviction drove Peter to repentance; condemnation drove Judas to suicide! Both committed similar sins. Peter cursed and denied Jesus ( Luke 22:54-62); Judas betrayed Him for thirty pieces of silver. Judas could have been forgiven and restored if he had repented. Instead, he listened to the voice of condemnation and was doomed. He was doomed to quit, that he had no hope and that he was the problem and not the answer.

Matthew 27:3-5 NKJV then Judas, His betrayer, seeing that he had been condemned, was remorseful & brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests & elders, 4 saying I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.” And they said, “What is that to us? You see to it!” 5 then he threw down the pieces of silver in the temple & departed & went & hanged himself.  But Peter was restored, reinstated, and some fifty days later, preached at Pentecost and 3,000 souls were saved (Ac. 2:14-41).

Jesus, the manifested word of God, restores Peter! Conviction can come, and it enlightens what is wrong….and Jesus, the word washes us to walk like He walked. Jesus convicted the world of sin, and His righteousness is left within us….to stand to in the defense and confirmation of the gospel like Paul did!

Psalm 73:22-28 Message Bible: I was totally ignorant; a dumb ox in your very presence.  I’m still in your presence, but you’ve taken my hand. You wisely and tenderly lead me, & then you bless me. You’re all I want in heaven! You’re all I want on earth!  When my skin sags & my bones get brittle, God is rock-firm and faithful.   Look! Those who left you are falling apart! Deserters, they’ll never be heard from again. But I’m in the very presence of God---oh, how refreshing it is!  I’ve made Lord God my home, God I’m telling the world what you do!

The grace to spread a testimony should be those who love the Lord with all their heart. We have been having secret counsel with Him and from that we seek to tell others of His goodness in the land where people live with purpose for God. His desire is for us to be perfected in His purpose for us. This is a face to face with God with reverent speech before Him!

Ask if you could the man of Gadara: a man living in the tombs, where residing in him was Legion. This demonic habitation within this man!

Ask him if you could or just read the account. Jesus would not allow him to come on the boat with them  to leave that area.

No, but told him to tell others in that region of what the Lord had done for this man. That region held 10 cities. The Lord knew him, he who now was healed and in his right mind would do the job through his salvation and healing received! He would reach that magnitude in the speech of salvation and healing. He would reach the lost for the Lord!

For we were bought with a price and learning of Him and His great sacrifice, We give from our heart from what we have gained from the Lord through His word and prayer. Living by faith, we regard our tongue that it aligns with God’s words of grace. For if anxiety appears, faith has gone out the window!      In Christ, all the treasure of divine wisdom & all the riches of spiritual knowledge & enlightenment are stored up & lie hidden for us and we walk in Him, armed and dangerous to give God’s word that encourages & brings strength to others.

We stand in the defense and confirmation of the gospel that the Kingdom of God has come.  We have the Spirit of God residing in our hearts..and….He is the delivering God!   WE approach God by the belief both that He exists and that He cares enough to respond to those who seek Him.

1 Peter 5:6-8 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, 7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. 8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

WILL WE be deserters at this time when our God expects us to rise with a testimony in our heart? Will we desert God for many worldly likes?

Will we defend the gospel or will we never be heard from again? We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God! Amen and Amen.
