Challenge Worry with Life Building Thoughts

Worry!
How can one possibly challenge worry? 

Matthew 6:25 Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? 
Matthew 6:28 So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 
Matthew 6:31 Therefore do not worry, saying, "What shall we drink? or What shall we wear?' 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.


If we look at the context of how this is given, we find that Matthew 6 points to do good to please God. Matthew 6:1 Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven.
So seeking God is paramount and high over that of trying to gain praise from men.
Jesus goes on to enlist prayer in Matthew 6:5-15 and then He talks about fasting to be seen only by God and not to go tell the many you know of your fasting practices.
Then Jesus gives the warning of avarice. Because avarice had a friend attached and he is called anxiety! 
Now Jesus does not prohibit material possessions but He does object to material possessions having rule over us and tying us to this earth. For those selfish in nature will chase that extravagant materialism and we should seek not to have that kind of eye.
Jesus goes on to mention the importance of our eye and that if our eye is bad, our whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in us is darkness, how great is that darkness!
We should be running to have a relationship with the Lord so we have a developed commitment to Him, to His will and to His ways.

When we get to Matthew 6:24 we find Jesus talking about one cannot serve two masters. You cannot serve God and mammon. We will either serve God or we will serve money. Proverbs tells us that riches has wings and will fly away. 
Proverbs 23:4-5 Do not work to be rich; because or your own understanding, cease! 5 Will you set your eyes on that which is not? For riches certainly can make themselves wings; they fly away like an eagle toward heaven.

I know about twenty years ago that there was much teaching about how God wanted us to prosper and they emphasized money. But God wants us to manage money so it will not manage us. I heard a report the other day of how many people are maxed out on their credit cards again just like those back in 2008 and 2009!  And we know a lot that happened and contributed to the scandalous practices of money lenders then was about bankers in many loaning departments loaned people money to buy homes they could not afford to pay back, for what they made monthly was short of their required payment needed monthly for repayment!


Worry causes us to be divided from our attention toward God. If our vision of God is divided by money matters, our vision is then divided. And division will divide one into portions and pieces. Daily needs occur, but it should not be that which brings division for that is unfruitful. Worry moves us out of faith and into unbelief. It is acting like God does not exist when He certainly does exist.

My husband and I just saw last week ( November 12) of the planet Neptune having the two moons, and one of them rotates around the planet, but the other moon is stationary. The one moon actively rotating does this oscillation move  that avoids the stationary moon when it makes its orbit close to it. NASA had just released this picture showing what it look like and I was in 'awe' of a great God who created these two moons that project the very existence of His glorious skill in being the Creator!
In viewing this orbit, this dancing motion of a moon, the orbiting moon moves consistently away out of line of the stationary moon and keeps right on moving through its ordered orbit around Neptune. Amazing!

So how could you or I be worried about tomorrow, about money or even healing when we have a God who has such strategy to move us out of harm's way to continue in the step of full light when we first seek Him and His plan for our lives? Our lives are in His hands. He has greater care for us because He has a plan for us.
Whatever provision we require, it will always follow that person whose priorities are concerned with God's ways, His work and His will which is His kingdom. If God's kingdom has come into our lives, then it is His rule we will see and His provision will flow to us without hindrances.
Jesus faced temptation at key moments of His ministry: in the wilderness prior to His public ministry, prior to His transfiguration and prior to His crucifixion.
Like Jesus, we have to know that we are a son of God, and when we know we have this walk of faith, we cannot be deterred by the Peter's in this life! For Jesus told them in Matthew 16:21-27 that He must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes and be killed and be raised the third day. ( Matthew 16:21) Yet Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him, saying "Far be it from You, Lord; this shall not happen to You!" 
Then Jesus rebuked Peter! Matthew 16:23 "Get behind Me Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men."
And remember Satan said the same to Jesus denoting that he could avoid suffering when Jesus met him in the wilderness and before the ministry began!
And right before Jesus was taken in the Garden of Gethsemane, it was time for praying, but the disciples could not stay awake one hour to pray with Him!

Worry can appear, but we must take it captive with the words of Jesus.  The kingdom is presented and we are to live by faith as Jesus did in that grace that was presented to the world! Although many will not heed the love of God that came in the package of Jesus Christ, still He is the only way to the Father. (John 14:6)
Jesus told us in John 14:7 If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him." Jesus was always about revealing the Father and His love for His creation.

We have so many opportunities to see the Father in all His glory, like the two moons around the planet Neptune, in the Scripture of His Son's crucifixion or even of His birth. But alas, those who truly believe are those who will do the same works as Jesus and will do greater works because Jesus returned to His Father who sent Him. For whatever we ask in His name, that he will do, that the Father be glorified in the Son.
Only faith, that trust in Jesus will bring the required results but worry will only bring a divided focus, a divided vision of what is before us. And if His name is on it, He will do it for He spoke it from the foundation of the world.
Worry today and be dismissed tomorrow to lack and no vision. But challenge worry and build your thought life with His thoughts and you will see and do greater things for it by His grace, that we achieve His kingdom's purposes for His glory indeed! Amen

Finding the Will of God

Finding God's Will 
1 Thessalonians 5:14-19 NKJV Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the faint-hearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all. 15 See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all. 16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything giving thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 19 Do not quench the Holy Spirit.


Yes, this is written to the church folks! Warning the unruly is important.  Now the unruly are those who are idle. They seem to not get into any movement for God. They appear at church or even Bible study, but it appears they are  there for the fellowship and not to learn more of their Creator or of His Son Jesus Christ. These unruly can come under the classification as the insubordinate as they do not respect the pastor nor the teacher at the teaching of God's word. They sit idle to do their own thing! They will also resist anyone they judge as not important and will actively not respect their guidance. You can see that with young teens today.
They are willful in their actions when they refuse to do what they are asked to do. When confronted for an inappropriate language or even the non-verbal expression of dissatisfaction such as eye rolling gesture, then the person is considered unruly.  Do you have anyone like this living within your home?





For us to comfort the faint-hearted is also given to us in Hebrew 12:12. Hebrews 12:11-17 NKJV Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it. 12 Therefore strengthen the hands which hand down, and the feeble knees, 13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated but rather be healed. 14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: 15 looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled, 16 lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright. 17 For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears.


As the born again believer, we have rights and we have responsibilities. As the believer we are faith people. We have the same faith our Father has. In this we speak as our Father spoke at the Beginning...."light be"!  We speak God's word into existence in our own lives as He spoke. Our lives are not be about fleshly gratification but about making a difference in this world that brings glory to our Father and that we should be about doing.

A divine right is found in John 3:15..... "That everyone who believes in Him [God’s Son] has eternal life.”


So in that very moment that we believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior we exercise this first of our divine rights. We participate in God’s life. Let me say that this is not a free pass to get out of a mess, but it is the new pathway for the believer to participate in God's eternal life. There is the possible wild seeds sown that will come to harvest and whatever those seed sown might show in an teens pregnancy, a disease picked up while having a fling even though married for twenty-five years.   We should not view our salvation as that ticket to heaven, but understand God by His word directs us to understand and to share His eternal life with others as He has given to us. (see in John 1:12-13)

Believing in Jesus Christ comes to salvation, is repentance and comes by the power of God, His Holy Spirit, the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead!
So to comfort that faint-hearted, we must be equipped with that which comes by the Holy Spirit and is alive in us with that power. We give thanks for this!

In 2 Peter 1:4 Peter says,  “Through which He [God] has granted to us precious and exceedingly great promises that through these you might become partakers of the divine nature…”   In searching out God our Father, we see His promises revealing His nature to us. And it is the table He prepared for us to partake of these precious life giving bites of life that is eternal.

God's word feeds our spirit man, and gives light to operate in the fallen world of which we still live. As the born again believer we are born again to God's way of thinking. And we can claim this divine right every morning we awake!
1 Timothy 4:6 tells us that if you instruct the brethren in these things, you will be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished in the words of faith and of the good doctrine which you have carefully followed. We read His word and find His thoughts. Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.  So we cannot operate by the old man's thoughts but by those God has for us to live by. 


So from 1 Thessalonians 5:14.... We are to uphold the weak! And we find this in: Romans 14:1 "receive one who is weak in the faith, but not to disputes over doubtful things". Again we have the Holy Spirit to guide us in this situation.


 We are to be patient with all and are not to render evil for evil to anyone. Yes, church folks should not be about doing evil or planning evil on another person. YOU and I are to be about what is good both for ourselves and for all. And then we are to rejoice always. Giving thanks to God for all that He has planned for us is so important to hear and stay within His will for us! We are to be those willing to pray for our leaders in high places, pray for our communities and states of which we live. But the major point here is that we do not quench the Holy Spirit of God! It is in Him that we live, move and have our being. Jesus died to give us life and the Holy Spirit and by the Holy Spirit we are activated  to participate in the plan of God!

Luke 24:49 "Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high."
 We have been enabled by the Holy Spirit to carry out the task. Finding the will of God is giving thanks for all that He has done through His Son for us. And we give thanks through situations but it's not about the situations. You should never thank God for cancer when cancer is of the devil , the evil one, the destroyer.
God came to give life abundantly and when we seek to worship and give thanks to Him daily, we find that desire of God coming through us that He purposed for us to do. Yes, some may be called in the business arena, some in the medical field, the scientific exploration of this world, the oceans or even the moon!

Jesus obeyed His Father and we should be willing to do that too. We should not be rolling our eyes, and only willing to do that which suits that fleshly fancy, but our obedience is the response of faith to any instruction from our Father God. And God's manifested presence and will is revealed when we choose to follow Him, stay close to communicate and worship Him with thankful hearts.
Fall into the activity of worshiping Him and giving thanks today and you will most certainly find God's will for your life!

Baptized with Fire

In Luke 3:16 we find this:  reading in Luke 3:14-20)
 15 Now as the people were in expectation, and all reasoned in their hearts about John, whether he was the Christ or not, 16 John answered, saying to all, "I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. 17 His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather the wheat into His barn; but the chaff He will burn with unquenchable fire." 18 And with many other exhortations he preached to the people. 19 But Herod the tetrarch, being rebuked by him concerning Herodias, his brother Philip's wife, and for all the evils which Herod had done, 20 also added this, above all, that he shut John up in prison.   NKJV


With the Holy Spirit's help............that oil filling our spirit man every time we pray in Tongues, we then should reach for the Word of God.
Light came into the world. His name is Jesus.
John 1:1-5
1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. NKJV

 Every time we pray and fill to the brim, we bring the Word of God, that which is Jesus Christ, the anointed one with fire to light the oil of the Holy Spirit residing in us.
We were not left orphans, we have the Comforter that resides and comforts us, guide us, and teaches us of the day of Jesus return for His body of Believer's.

There is a wonderful invitation: it is going out.........and is recognized by those who would like to appear at the wedding of the Lamb. Those who pray in Tongues will know His soon arrival. They will choose to make themselves ready in that of fine linen, bright and clean, and read to wear.


Revelation 19:6-8
"Hallelujah! 
For our Lord God Almighty reigns. 
7 Let us rejoice and be glad 
and give him glory! 
For the wedding of the Lamb has come, 
and his bride has made herself ready. 
8 Fine linen, bright and clean, 
was given her to wear." 
NIV

Praying allows Him to have His way in our lives. Praying is staying close to the fire that brings light and influence of Him who went before us. He is the Way, Truth and the Life. No one gets to the Father except through Jesus. 



John 14:5-6
 6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.  NKJV



John 16:15
15 All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you. NIV

That which is ours is our inheritance. It is made known to us by the Holy Spirit. Desire that earnest gift. Desire and covet that which the Father has given to us through His Son and the Holy Spirit oversees that plan. Our purpose is revealed every time we pray. Praying in Tongues bypasses our mind, will and emotions and creates this energy of fire to propel us into our future purposed by God Himself. The great exchange has occurred if you have Jesus as Lord.
Do not despise the gifts of the Holy Spirit. You are to steward that which He has placed in you. It is not a big "super secret". It is mysteries declared to us when we pray long lengths in Tongues. Pray to receive that if you do not operate in it. Desire God to pray through you and then see His best revealed before your very eyes.
To God be the glory. Amen.

SEE ME LORD!

Have you ever prayed the prayer, "Lord, I will go where You want me to go, I will do what You ask me to do and I will speak what You what me to speak"?

I have many times! "Nevertheless, not my will be done, but Your's be done God in my life!"

Matthew 26:39
39 Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will."  NIV

Jesus was headed to the "Cross". He was taking the sin of man!
Luke 22:42-44
42 "Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done." 43 An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him. 44 And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.  
NIV
I like this in Luke 22:42..........Jesus is asking if the Father is willing.......take this cup from me, yet not my will, BUT YOURS BE DONE. AND THEN in verse 43..........an angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened Him. And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly and His sweat became as drops of blood falling to the ground.

Yes our lives are a journey through this world and into eternity with God. If we do not "know" Him then we will be somewhere in eternity away from God, away from His love and away from anything good!

God is accessible and we, too, are to be accessible to others as well. Although it has become the "difficult" when so many use only one source of communicating. That is: if one only texts or if one only uses like Facebook for instance!
It is important that we use our language and speak out with real words........for ourselves to hear and for others to hear as well. Our language makes the difference in communicating with others.

Staying with God means that we talk with His words............and looking to Him for answers to any questions we may have in prayer. I wrote something about this for our grand-child recently. And in it I reminded her of the importance of speaking words.
 That talking to your-self takes perseverance. In it, we speak God’s Word into our lives.   We are told in  Philippians 4:6-9................6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 

8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me-put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. NIV

Paul wrote: "whatever you have learned or received or heard from me (Paul), or seen in me....put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you."
AND Colossians 3.....speaks this:Colossians 3:3-4
3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.  NIV


We are the hidden with Christ in God. Christ Who is our life is to lead us.
I told our grand-child how we can wrestle with some things. And when any friction from another person or just something within ourselves occurs, we must point to our body, to our own selves, and SPEAK!  The words we speak will encourage us, strengthen us, and help us to raise our eyes above the circumstance. 
Encountering say persecution because of the way you act in church or how you may dress or something someone else sees in you that bothers them, can bring some painful words to you, but we do not expect to take those painful things to our hurt. We fill our heart today with God’s Words that help us to rise above any persecution, any sickness or any pain.

We desire that “doubt” will not enter our hearts. We desire to keep our stance, that place we walk with God, and keep to His plan with our hand in His and converse as always.
Internal struggles can come, but we look to God and what He tells us to overcome in those situations.  

We are to remember that God, so loved the world that He gave. He gave us His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God You did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 I am the he who believes in Him and I am not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3:16-18) NKJV

That "he" who believes, will continue living, to continue the "journey" and to find us (each) in His love, His peace and His glory. Whatever cup that you drink from, is to do His will regarding the cup. It may be something you did yourself, but He will send "HELP". HIS WORD IS WEALTH TO US AND IT IS HIS PEACE!  The more we access Him and His glory, the more we move deeper into Him and His peace.
Our asking to go for Him, is willing to go, "no matter their looks", "no matter their verbal abuse" and "no matter whether they hear " you speak. We are not God, and He certainly can take care of things Himself. But we are to be His witness on and in the earth. 

Today, I give this prophetic Word. 
It keeps playing out.........and here I write it..........the vision!
The scripture base of it is below:

Luke 7:11-17
11 Soon afterward, Jesus went to a town called Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd went along with him. 12 As he approached the town gate, a dead person was being carried out-the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the town was with her. 13 When the Lord saw her, his heart went out to her and he said, "Don't cry." 

14 Then he went up and touched the coffin, and those carrying it stood still. He said, "Young man, I say to you, get up!" 15 The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother. 

16 They were all filled with awe and praised God. "A great prophet has appeared among us," they said. "God has come to help his people." 17 This news about Jesus spread throughout Judea and the surrounding country.  NIV

Someone has been told that which they loved has died. It can be a ministry, a "special job", a dream they held for decades, but God is speaking, and the Father declares this day by His Son and that shed Blood, that which held many to their faith, believing God is for them and with them,  prevails this day.  For the Lord has seen your tears and the "silent tears" no one saw, but God did. And He declares this day, that whatever church group is carrying your vision out in a coffin to be buried, that which is a dream come true is being put in a coffin and taken out for burial or that ministry that is built on the foundation of the Cornerstone of Jesus is going to be raised.
The "mourners" have come to close the lid of that which God destined for you to walk out, take HEED!....IT IS NOT OVER, BUT GOD! 
With a prevailing winds of the Holy Spirit, holding onto promise, you will see that 'dream', "that ministry", that "special job" God created just for you is coming to pass.

HOLD ON! DON'T LOSE FAITH, UNDERSTAND GOD IS ON YOUR SCENE, AND RESURRECTION POWER IS PREVAILING.
AHH, LISTEN, THE WIND BEGINS.......THE LORD IS PERFORMING HIS WORD. He is watching over His Word to perform It! Jeremiah 1:12.

For you who have helped another, when they were either the "abandoned" or needed help cleaning up a "mess" someone else caused, God saw your generous act, and He is reminding you today, that you killed the giant like David, but was done for others..........like that giant was King Saul's problem. David just showed up and helped! In that merciful way, God is helping you.

See Me Lord!

Jeremiah 12:1-3
You are always righteous, O LORD,
when I bring a case before you.
Yet I would speak with you about your justice:
Why does the way of the wicked prosper?
Why do all the faithless live at ease? 
2 You have planted them, and they have taken root;
they grow and bear fruit.
You are always on their lips 
but far from their hearts. 
3 Yet you know me, O LORD;
you see me and test my thoughts about you.  NIV



 Yes, He sees you. He knows your thoughts for Him ........you have been tested..........and found TRUE!
Father, let your justice run down now for those who value You and Your word. Let justice run down through the offices of which they stand or work. Let justice run down like water, and righteousness like a mighty stream. Let it run!
Amos 5:24
24 But let justice roll on like a river,
righteousness like a never-failing stream! NIV

Ministry rise to God's plan, live....dream........speak loudly the things of God.......bring forth life in my dreams Lord, that which is ordained by YOU my God alone. Stand and live.....in that position....that which God ordained specifically for you. Rise out of the coffin, rise out of that which spoke of "defeat" and "death" for God is performing that which others will see. It will speak and give glory to God. Others will see and know that God has done this: for it was for this very hour, that God raises that which is to glorify the life in Him that will bring many to salvation.
Stand in awe, for the great Lord has come, and God has helped his people.
Father, may the news about Jesus continue to spread throughout our land and the surround country.

ALL HIS WORD, FOR ALL OUR LIFE!

Isaiah 32:15-17
Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is valued as a forest.
16 Then justice will dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness
(moral and spiritual rectitude in every area and relation)
will abide in the fruitful field. 17 And the effect of righteousness
will be peace [internal and external], and the result of righteousness
will be quietness and confident trust forever. Amplified Bible



Jesus had a joy before Him, as He was going to pour His Spirit upon us from on high. He went from the river Jordan to the wilderness and faced the enemy. In Luke 4 we find all that Jesus spoke in glorifying God and not Himself. He took another step in showing us that the wilderness becomes a fruitful field and that each of us, when staying within the boundary of His Word become that which is valued as a forest. He went all the way to the Cross and gave His life as a ransom for many who would believe.
Verse 16 states that justice will dwell in the wilderness and Jesus brought the Word there. He brought it with no bread and no water. Facing an enemy, just food and water will not defeat the enemy, but truth spoken will cause him to leave you alone. And when that word is spoken by us, just like it was by Jesus, we will experience first that internal peace and second experience we will participate in the external peace.

Psalm 104:30-31
When You send forth Your Spirit and give them
breath, they are created, and You replenish the face
of the ground.
31 May the glory of the Lord endure forever, may the Lord
rejoice in His works-----
Who looks on the earth, and it quakes and trembles,
Who touches the mountains, and they smoke!


Hebrews 12:2-8
2 Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

4 In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood. 5 And you have forgotten that word of encouragement that addresses you as sons:

"My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline,
and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,
6 because the Lord disciplines those he loves,
and he punishes everyone he accepts as a son."

7 Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father? 8 If you are not disciplined (and everyone undergoes discipline), then you are illegitimate children and not true sons.

Yes, Jesus endured the Cross for the joy set before him, scorning its shame and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. He endured such opposition from sinful men and we too, must know that we will face opposition, but we are not to grow weary and lose heart.


In seeing our fruitful field, we understand that we receive Jesus as Lord. We are born again!

John 3:3
3 In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again."

1 Peter 1:22-25
22 Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for your brothers, love one another deeply, from the heart.  23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God. 24 For, 

"All men are like grass, 
and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; 
the grass withers and the flowers fall, 
25 but the word of the Lord stands forever." 

And this is the word that was preached to you.

Being born again to that which  of the imperishable seed, and not as of our biological beginning we are to live our life through the living and enduring word of God. In Ezekiel 36:26 we are told :"A new heart will I give you and a new spirit will I put within you, and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh and give you a new heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My Statutes and you shall heed My ordinances and do them.

Walking by His Word gives us life, peace and joy. And it brings us to the place we belong: it is in those peaceable habitations. We should see it not only within us but also around us as well.
How?
By praying for your neighbor, and those in the cities and marketplaces, and where the job is, and kids attend school. It is by praying in the Spirit for all those things we may not know to pray for at the time. It is speaking out God's Word for those situations that may arise.

In viewing a recent report of the amount of Wild Fires in California and the Northwest, I saw some of the earlier footage that was not shown on regular news. I refer to this Christian Network where I saw this special report. And what I saw was most creepy to say the least. I saw one fire in California as it was swept over a hillside by this wind and as it came over with that assistance, this huge towering flame of fire looked like it expanded and "walked across the ground" consuming all in its path. It was the strangest thing I had ever seen. Instantly I was brought back to the scripture of the fire and water. It speaks this!

Isaiah 43:2
 When you pass through the waters, 
I will be with you, and through the rivers,
they will not overwhelm you. When you
walk through the fire, you will not be burned
or scorched, nor will the flame kindle upon you. Amplified Bible

I saw that "flame" move with a life in it. It had like "an attitude" and did not want to stop what it was doing.   In the above, " nor will the flame kindle upon you" made me think the importance of confessing that word right now! Why?  Well, I had meditated and spoken this before, but I am adding it daily to my confession. I do this because we live in and around tens of thousands of large trees!

When we speak what we are expecting from His Word ( His statutes and ordinances) we become all that He planned for us. Some people think it is out and away from where they live. They sometimes think that God will have to move them to get them to a house to live in, and a better paying job. And that can occur in a few lives, but the truth must start in our hearts. That truth begins as the imperishable seed that grows. It grows to where we are in "the happy" state of God's Word. Looking and expecting His powerful Word to work in our lives. It is not by moving a thousand miles away, unless God is asking that thing of you to do. But seriously the Word has to be put into our hearts, and it was to be allowed to grow. Speaking daily that you may be passing through waters and and rivers and not be overwhelmed by them. That we can walk through fire and not be burned or scorched......NOR WILL FLAME BE KINDLED UPON US!
Jesus sent the Comforter! We were given that breath of life only the Spirit of God can give. As we are the created by the Word of God, it is He who replenishes the face of the ground we stand. May the glory of the Lord endure forever, may the Lord rejoice in His works! Looking on all the earth, it quakes and trembles.......for He is performing His Word.

It is summed up in Isaiah 55!
Listen everyone who is thirsty, come to the waters and he who has no money, come and buy and eat! Come, buy [priceless, spiritual] wine and milk without money, and without price [simply for the self-surrender that accepts the blessing]. (Isaiah 55:1)
Why spend your money for that which is not bread, and your earnings for what does not satisfy? Hearken diligently to Me, and eat what is good and let your soul delight itself in fatness [the profuseness of spiritual joy]. (Isaiah 55:2)
Incline your ear [submit and consent to the divine will] and come to Me; hear, and your soul will revive and I will make an everlasting covenant or league with you, even the sure mercy (kindness, goodwill and compassion ) promised to David. (Isaiah 55:3)
Verse 7...let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord.
For the Lord speaks: "MY thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways, MY WAYS", says the Lord.  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My WAYS higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain and snow come down from the heavens and return not there again, but waters the earth and make it bring forth and sprout, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater. So shall His (God's) word...........be that goes forth out of His mouth, it shall not return void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I (God) please and purpose and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.(Isaiah 55: 8-11)
For  you ( you and I) shall go out [from spiritual exile caused by sin and evil into the homeland] with joy and be led forth [by your (our)  LEADER, THE LORD HIMSELF, and His WORD] with peace; the mountains and the hills shall break forth before us into singing.....(Isaiah 55:12.........HALLELUJAH!

Jesus was the equipped! Held by that spiritual Word of God, He walked in the wilderness. He was  not concerned with the regular food or water that man naturally needs. Jesus' trust was in God for that which causes us to prevail, by the Spirit first and second by the natural. Jesus stood firm in what He had learned over all those teachings in the synagogue in His thirty years of growing mature in the Lord.  He was the thirsty at an early age of 12. He sat and resided with those who taught and gained wisdom through the Word of God. We too, can come and eat of that Word, ........by reading it out loud and meditating day and  night.........that we can buy the priceless, spiritual wine and milk without money and without price just because we surrender to that word and receive the blessings of God. Jesus held that spiritual standard against the devil and came out the victor. Peace held His internal man, and we saw Him controlled by that same peace in situations from those who came against Him. And He experienced it all the way to the Cross. All the while those who spoke blasphemous things against Him, yet He kept His calm, peaceful righteousness dwelling in peaceable habitation in His lifetime. He let not anything come and drive Him away from His walk to the Cross. He was set, equipped and armed for life!
Are we the equipped? What life and breath remain in us, we can speak life to any part of our body, our mind, our circumstance and see it change. For me, today, I hold up that which will not scorch and will not kindle a flame upon me. I also believe I can stand on that Word that my internal heat will not kindle upon me either. I am trusting God for all my tomorrow's...........and today it starts with an open heart to receive what is written here............HIS WORD FOR ALL MY LIFE! AMEN.
